Privacy Statement


Purpose

At SpringBolt, we are committed to protecting the privacy of each of our partner's survey participants. We operate at the behest and with the permission of our clients. Each survey's invitation provides informed consent to potential respondents. Our efforts are compliant with the HIPAA, Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). All information we collect, organize, analyze and report is used solely for purposes stated in the survey instrument.

Data Collection

SpringBolt provides online surveys on behalf of our customers. In addition to the information we collect through our online survey, we may collect additional personal information, which is shared with the customer for whom SpringBolt provides the survey. Such information may include the survey participant's name, age, address, telephone number, and email address. Participation in our surveys is always optional.

Use of Information

SpringBolt uses the information collected from surveys to compile research reports for our customers. Due to the sensitive nature of research data, any information that is collected is treated with the utmost confidentiality. We will not sell any personal information gathered from individual respondents. Not ever. Furthermore, SpringBolt will not share any personal data with any third parties.

Aggregated Research Data

SpringBolt compiles data collected from its surveys across its partner and client organizations to produce benchmark reports for its customers as well as media and other interested parties. Such information is based on aggregated, anonymous information and does not include any personally identifiable information about individuals.

Disclosures Required by Law

SpringBolt may disclose personal information in response to a judicial or other government subpoena, warrant or order.
